Freedom Writers Essays
Freedom Writers Essays Freedom Writers Essay Freedom Writers Essay The Freedom writers Diary which was a amazing true story for it shows strength, courage, and achievements in the face of adversity. This remarkable true story starts in the fall of 1994, in class room 203 at Woodrow Wilson High School in Long Beach, California. Erin Gruwell first time teacher faced her first group of students, told to be ââ¬Å"unteachable and at riskâ⬠teens by the administration. Erinââ¬â¢s class room diverse mix of African-American, Latino, Cambodian, Vietnamese, and Caucasian students, whom many of had grown up in poverty, rough neighborhoods in Long Beach fighting their own warââ¬â¢s in gang violence, mental and physical abuse and reactions to Erin and her unconventional teaching methods realizing that education is what they need to succeed in their lives. In the Freedom writers Erin Gruwell finds out that her students are being confronted with gang violence living in Long Beach within their communities in danger of facing death every-day. Itââ¬â¢s like they are living their lives in a battlefield outside of school, where death is very real. ââ¬Å"At 16, Iââ¬â¢ve probably witnessed more dead bodies than a mortician,â⬠says a Woodrow Wilson High student of Erin Gruwell, before describing a life of gang wars which is a everyday occurrence. This violence is do too racism and because gangsters enter into other gang members territories to cause chaos. One of the students in freedom writers states that, because of all the crime in their neighborhoods ââ¬Å"Iââ¬â¢ve lost many friends, friends who died in an undeclared warâ⬠Due to all this violence happening around them the freedom writers are always in the lookout in an out of school trying to survive another day. For some students joining gangs is bad but their only option as some might not have family to look after them, but this causes a problem as it affects the way people see education by ruining their concentration. : Individuals have different ways of learning, perceiving information, and retaining classroom material. A teacher must be patient for some students learn and respond more slowly than others. Mrs. Gruwell also helped her students alter their locus of control. An external locus of control involves the individual attributing their success or failure to external factors. In the film, Mrs. Gruwellââ¬â¢s students blamed society for their failures. When the students claimed no one cared if they succeeded or not, Mrs. Gruwell showed them that she cared and inspired them to apply themselves. Stereotypes are absolute statements applied to all members of a group, suggesting that members of a group have a fixed, often inherited set of characteristicsâ⬠(Sadker Zittleman 34). The students in the film fit the stereotype that exist in society today of low socioeconomic children. The other teachers in the film believed in these stereotypes, having no hope for these students because they truly believed they could not be helped. Stereotypes are a very unfortunate part of education that teachers should fight to change. Observing a classroom really allows one to see the role of teaching first hand. I saw many educational concepts in the classroom that I had learned about in the text and saw in the film. The classroom I have been observing is full of diverse students of all ethnicities, learning styles, races, genders, and economic statuses. I found that it was interesting these same concepts were found in the elementary school I observe and in the high school in the film. Mrs. Gruwellââ¬â¢s diverse students were majorly being affected by racism and diversity separation. In the beginning, cliques of race, gangs, separated the students. The Asians sat with other Asians, African Americanââ¬â¢s with other African Americanââ¬â¢s, Hispanics with other Hispanics and etc. A clear racial divide was evident among the classroom. Mrs. Gruwell put an end to this by giving the studentââ¬â¢s something to relate to. Learning about the Holocaust made the studentââ¬â¢s realize the negative effects racism and stereotypes can have. As a result, the classroom united and no one saw the color of his or her classmates skin anymore. As inspiring as this was, these issues remain to be a problem in society. Mrs.à Gruwell demonstrated the Cultural difference theory by mediating the cultural gap separating the cultural differences of the students and the school. I have realized the power and influence of a teacherââ¬â¢s attitude on their classroom. Mrs. Gruwell followed the expectation theory, holding high standards and expectations for her students despite their racial and ethnic groups, and therefore had a profound impact on the students. The other teachers in the film held little expectations for these students and therefore, as Mrs. Gruwell stated, ââ¬Å"could not teach them if they didnââ¬â¢t even like them. Believing in your students and holding high expectations for them will help them believe in themselves and want to improve their academic achievement. Almost ten percent of students enrolled in public schools across America are English language learners. Learning how to teach these learners effectively can be very difficult. In the film, Mrs. Gruwellââ¬â¢s diary assignment helps one of her bilingual students work on his English. In the classroom that I am observing, the student from Haiti, who speaks little English, is also helped in many ways in the classroom. I admired the other students who worked with him trying to help him understand directions through hand signals and gestures. The teacher also happens to know enough Spanish to help him with instructions and learning material. I realize how hard it is for him to keep up with the other students, but despite the difficulty he really shows a desire to understand. The teacher also informed me that the school offers him an after school program assisting him additional instruction in reading and writing in English. The text refers to multicultural education as ââ¬Å"expanding the curriculum to reflect Americaââ¬â¢s diversity, using teaching strategies that are responsive to different learning styles, ensuring and supporting multicultural competence of teachers, comfortable and knowledgeable working with students and families of different cultures; and a commitment to social justice. â⬠Mrs. Gruwell displayed all of these dimensions and serves as a role model for multicultural education. We have discussed this issue many times in class and I have come to realize how important this concept is. Culturally responsive teaching encourages students to be comfortable in their classroom and treat one another equally. Lastly, classroom management is one of the key concepts I have acquired through my experiences this semester. Everyday, my professor starts class exactly on time. He does not waste time preparing his lesson plan but already has it done. Having his students immediately engage in classroom discussions or lectures allows no time for students to get distracted. Allocated time, engaged time, and academic learning time are all beneficial when it comes to increasing academic learning time and student achievement. Creating fair and reasonable rules and handling misbehavior contribute to creating a well-managed classroom. In the film, Mrs. Gruwell allows her students to express their opinion as long as they are respectful. Having the students feel as though their voices are actually being heard makes them want to participate, achieve, and work cooperatively. They gain a great deal of respect for Mrs. Gruwell because of the way she has managed her classroom. I asked the teacher I observe, since she is fairly young, how she learned to manage her classroom efficiently. She informed me that it comes with experience, and that when she first started teaching she struggled with behavioral issues and academic learning time. I understood that observing a classroom and teaching a classroom are not the same. I may think I know how to well-manage my classroom, but it will be much different when I am actually managing a classroom. In class, we went over how to effectively handle behavioral issues. We did an activity where we had to show how we would handle a studentââ¬â¢s misbehavior without disrupting the rest of the classroom. Having each one of us give a stern look actually helped me acquire a future technique I will use in my classroom. Teachers are extremely important today. They are responsible for educating the future leaders of our country, serving as role models and influencing studentââ¬â¢s behavior, preparing students for the real world. A teacherââ¬â¢s dedication and passion about his or her work is illustrated through their teaching methods and studentââ¬â¢s achievement. If a teacher strives to do whatever needs to be done in order for a student to achieve, they have an increasingly better chance of reaching the student. Using active engagement, interesting teaching methods, holding high expectations, providing equal treatment to the students, having patience, managing the classroom efficiently, and keeping the classroom attentive through questioning and discussions are all factors I believe contribute to teacher effectiveness. As mentioned before, teaching is not easy. Many people underestimate the work that goes into this profession. People say not to make oneââ¬â¢s job their life, but sometimeââ¬â¢s ones job is their life. Mrs.à Gruwell gave up her marriage, worked multiple jobs, and sacrificed so much for her students because she loved helping others and truly cared about her students. The reality of every teacher having this same influence on their students is highly unlikely, however it is examples such as ââ¬Å"Freedom Writersâ⬠that show us it is possible. Through everything that I have acquired, I hope to always be passionate about teaching. This course and the experiences I have endured throughout the semester have challenged me to question whether teaching is right for me. Through it all, I know that teaching is what I am passionate about. Mrs.à Gruwell was a powerful educator that was able to change the lives of each and every one of her students in her classroom. Believing in her students, accepting their uniqueness, and refusing to let them fail encouraged them to succeed. Being there for a student who may not have anyone else can have a powerful impact on the student. For me to be able to have a positive effect on even just one student would be enough for me to know I am making a difference. Ultimately, I have become destined to be an effective teacher and help every possible student that I can to reach his or her highest academic and personal achievement.

Heat capacity Lab Report Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 750 words
Heat capacity - Lab Report Example The heat energy that is lost by the hotter object is absorbed by the object with the lower temperature. Calculating specific heat capacities involves the use of a calorimeter and a known mass of water. The calorimeter is designed in such a way that heat is not lost to or gained from the surrounding air (Laider). Since no heat is lost, then it can be safely assumed that heat lost or gained by the object inside the calorimeter is the same as the heat lost or gained by the water contained in the calorimeter. A known mass of water was heated using an electrical heating wire. The initial and final temperatures of the water were measured and recorded, as well as the current, voltage and the time that the electric switch was turned on. For liquid nitrogen, a known amount of heat was applied to liquid nitrogen. The quantity of liquid nitrogen that boiled away was measured by finding the difference between the initial and final masses. The flask with the liquid nitrogen was placed on a balance and the electrical heater lowered into the liquid nitrogen. The vaporization rate of the liquid nitrogen was measured after every ten seconds and recorded. Temperature (T) was plotted against time. The change in temperature was then used in the calculation of Cwater. (IVT)/ ÃâT was plotted against the mass of water. The slope of the curve was found to be Cwater: From (IVT)/ ÃâT, the value of IVT can be calculated by replacing ÃâT in the equation (IVT)/ ÃâT with the value in the table that corresponds to ÃâT and then solving for (IVT). This gives a value of 50240.1601. The specific heat capacity of water of successfully determined, along with the latent heat of vaporization for liquid nitrogen. The measured and calculated results may have errors because of the possibility that experimental errors occurred during heat transfer to the surrounding and also not taking the

INFLUENCE OF LABELED ARTIFICIAL INGREDIENTS IN CERTIFIED ORGANIC Dissertation
INFLUENCE OF LABELED ARTIFICIAL INGREDIENTS IN CERTIFIED ORGANIC PRODUCTS ON SALE - Dissertation Example Thus, the proponent would like to address the following question at the end of the study. Are customers satisfied with the artificial ingredients mixed with organic products? I have to rely on my supervisor when it comes to the implementation of the actual study most particularly in formulating questions in order to generate answers or responses from the respondents regarding their satisfaction level with artificial ingredients in organic foods. The supervisor should therefore have substantial knowledge in organic foods and including the remarkable impacts of artificial ingredients on organic foods. Background This study is about finding significant customersââ¬â¢ responses on labeled artificial ingredients in certified organic products on sale. This primarily would find out specific customersââ¬â¢ stand on issues about artificial ingredients being mixed with certified organic products. Thus, this is a specific marketing activity aiming to understand customersââ¬â¢ buying be haviour especially on organic products mixed with artificial ingredients. In marketing, it is important to understand the point of view of customers because it would exactly tell about the areas, in which the marketers should substantially do the necessary strategies that would enhance products in various aspects and eventually create needs of certain product offerings (Boone and Kurtz, 2011; Kotler et al., 2008). In line with this, it is a great area of concern to find out some points of reference and eventually evidences to understand the influence of labeling organic foods with artificial ingredients. Primarily, it is important to know specific response from the customers regarding this issue. After all, customers have substantial ideas about organic products and even important reasons of buying them. Natural products are identified as either 100 percent organic and no artificial which means all ingredients are organic and no artificial components, 95 percent components are organ ic (organic), 75 percent components are organic (created with organic), and 70 percent components are natural (organic parts). For example, dairy products are organic when their productions primarily employed organic foods (Flack, 2011). This means the livestock in which milk production takes place should be given with only natural foodstuffs and no artificial foods or chemicals should be employed. In this way, the customers will be ensured that the dairy products they are using come from natural process of production. However, the idea about organic products is not only focused on this situation. Some organic raw materials are substantially processed. In this case, they are highly susceptible to be mixed with artificial ingredients for the purpose of either enhancing their tastes, quality or longevity, just to name some of the most important reasons. For instance, there are many finished products available in the market, produced with mixed organic and artificial ingredients leadin g to different flavours (Schlosser, 2012). At some point, combining artificial ingredients in the production of organic products would help increase productivity. The government seeks to ensure the welfare of the people by providing substantial food in their table through increased food production. For example, Organic Trade Association (OTA) amendment to substantially use synthetic materials in the production of foodstuffs that include organic materials, and allow the US Department of Agriculture to add other

Love and Patriotism Essay Example for Free
Love and Patriotism Essay Patriotism is a frame of mind in which one loves ones country and is proud of it. It is a vigorous feeling of love, loyalty and support for ones country especially in defense against its enemies. It means that one should give more value and importance to ones country than to ones own self. It makes one bound for certain responsibilities, and these responsibilities are ideological commitment and dedication to the defense and prosperity of ones country. Only regret that I have but one life to lose for my country. (Nathan Hale) Man is a social animal. It is hard for him to breathe in isolation. Contact with his fellow beings is inevitable for mutual growth and economic development. Patriotism creates unity among the people for a noble cause and trains them to tolerate one and other and sacrifice for the country. Soldiers die not in hatred but in love. (Anonymous) Patriotism is a virtue that converts a mob into nation. Nations rise and prosper if their individuals are united by a cord of love, sympathy and sincerity. People learn to honor the freedom and independence of their country. They learn that they can prosper and progress if they have a deep natural relation with their country. Birds fly towards their nests, children rush to take refuge in the lap of their mothers and human beings move towards their homes for peace and shelter, and so is our country that gives us protection and peace. It is a sort of heaven for us. We should try our best to make it beautiful, secure, strong and peaceful. Our existence definitely depends on the existence and survival of our dear homeland. We can do so if we have an ultimate faith in our country. We must not undermine our relationship and association which we have with our homeland by birth. Waste no more time arguing about what a good man should be. Be one. (Mareus) Disciplined armed forces, hardworking and skillful craftsmen, diligent and committed women, and ambitious students have only one aim and that is to serve their country. They believe that their personal achievement will benefit not only themselves but also their country. They want to raise the flag of their country because they have a strong sense of patriotism. Love works wonders. Miracles are not beyond us if we are fired with the passion of patriotism. Patriotism fills us with a magnetic force which overcomes all our petty differences of languages and creeds.

Financial performance of ABC Ltd
Financial performance of ABC Ltd Introduction Accounting is concerned with collecting, analyzing, and communicate accounting information. The accounting information is helpful to those people who make plans about business and in making important decisions related to the business The aim of this paper is to evaluate the financial position of the company and the importance of credit manager to achieve credit sales targeted and importance of actual figures when estimating the budget. This paper consists of two main sections. In the first part, evaluation of the financial position of ABC Ltd uses gross profit margin and net profit margin. The second part concentrates on things need to consider when preparing the budget in order to prevent from biased budget. Part A A) Evaluate the financial performance of ABC Ltd. Over the four year period. Financial ratio examines the financial health of the business. It helps to identify the financial strengths and weakness of the business. By calculating the ratio, it is possible to provide a good picture of the financial position and performance of a business. Financial ration can be represented in numerous ways. For example, as percentage, as fraction and as proportion. Financial ratio can be classified into profitability, efficiency, liquidity, gearing and investment. ABC Ltd companyââ¬â¢s financial performance is evaluated by using profitability ration of gross profit margin and net profit margin. Gross profit is the difference between the sales and cost of sales. And the ratio is a measure of profitability in buying ad selling goods and service before any other expenses are taken into account. For example: Gross Profit Margin = Gross Profit x100 Sales = 119800/296700 x 100 = 40% Gross profit for the year one is 40%. The most appropriate measure of operational performance for comparison purposes is the Net profit margin ratio. The factors which influence the net profit margin of a business are the degree of competition, type of customer, economic climate and industry characteristics. For example: Net Profit Margin = Net profit before interest and taxation x 100 Sales = 22500/296700 x 100 = 8% Net Profit Margin for the Year one is 8% Gross profit margin of ABC Ltd company has fallen down from 40% to 33%. And again increased to 38% and fall down to 36%. The decrease of the gross profit margin of ABC Ltd was a result of high production cost of the company. The raw material used to produce goods and services has increased. As a result the company is experiencing less gross profit margins. Nonetheless, the Net profit margin of ABC Ltd has been maintained for the last two years, Year 3 and Year 4. Whereas in Year 1 company had a high net profit margin and it gradually decreased and company experience loss of (2) % of Net profit margin. This may be because the companyââ¬â¢s Gross profit margin decreased from 40 to 33 and affected the companyââ¬â¢s net profit margin. Moreover, it may be the reason that, the company has high expense such as high selling and distribution expense, Administration and other general expenses. After experiencing a loss in Year 2, company gain 7% of net profit margin in Year 3 and year 4 also. This shows company has minimized their expenses and cost of sales and increase their revenue by generating more sales. Below show graphical demonstration of ABC Ltd financial performance. According to the above table, all the accounts except the financial expense of ABC Ltd, all others have increased. Total sales increased. Meaning that number of goods and services sold by ABC Ltd have increased and generated a huge amount of revenue. However, the cost of sales also has increased. But compared to sales achieved, cost of sales is less than the sales generated. Meaning that the money generated by sales by the company was spent to make the sales, such as raw material, Equipements, machineries cost. Therefore the company gross profit has increased. The expenses spent to generate the revenue are selling and distribution expenses, administration and other general expenses and financial expenses. All expenses have increased except financial expenses. This may be due to each years increase in sales of the company. As demand for the goods and service increases, more number of good and services are produced. And to deliver the products to customers, costs incurred will be high such as delivery cost, transportation cost and other administrative cost related to the delivery of goods and services. Financing expenses have decreased such as rent paid, electricity, fixtures and fitting etc. As a result Net profit of ABC Ltd increased by $10,845. Part B A) Why credit manager is to blame for poor credit collection There are certain causes why credit manager is to blame for the deterioration in the credit collection period which are beyond the credit manager. Downturn in the economy When the budget was formulated, during that time economy may have been in a very good condition like in a boom. Businesses earn profits and their ability to pay the suppliers would be strong. And based on credit worthiness, ABC company Ltd has released goods on credit facility during that time. After two months of time, the economy turned into recession. During recession, companies reluctant to spend money and have difficulties in paying to debtors, lenders and suppliers. Henceforth customers, who have bought goods from ABC Ltd under the credit facility, would not able to pay as agreed terms and conditions. Liberalize credit policy The next reason which credit manager cannot be blamed, is a formulation of credit policy terms and conditions and implementation of the policy. When developing a credit policy there are certain conditions which should take into account. For example, buyerââ¬â¢s strength in the market, available net profit margin, size and type of buyers, buyerââ¬â¢s creditworthiness and many more. Any credit policy should include the range of payment, terms, prepayment terms, installments, penalty interest, conditions of sales, methods of assessing customer, explaining credit rating and risk codes, legal actions, follow up methods, staff responsibility and authority, relationship with another and arbitration process. If these clauses are incorporated into the policy, and customers are aware before getting into any sales and customer agreed by signing the terms, then the customer will be binding to it. As a result the credit manager would able to claim for the payment accordingly to the agreement, if a customer is disobeying the agreed terms and conditions. Therefore, it is a responsibility of policy makers of the company and senior management to come up with a strong policy and implementing it. And this could be done in coordination with a credit manager. Another reason could be that, even if the company has a strong policy, without acting upon it, we cannot achieve what we want. For example, if the sales persons or sales manager, or senior management, issue goods without checking the credit worthiness of customer with their friends or close customers and they make own payment paying term their way without consent of credit manager. Increased competition among suppliers The business environment is very volatile. Competition among business increases steadily. Being proactive would be the best solution for the success of the company. During the tough competition, it is essential to revise the credit policy terms as accordingly to customer needs and affordability. Otherwise competitors would be offering more attractive conditions and they are likely to get all customers resulting gain the market share in the business sector. And ABC Ltd would not able to get enough customers to achieve the credit targets allocated in the budget. Quality of goods and services If the quality of the products offered by ABC Ltd is very low, then the customer will refuse to buy the products. Even if they buy the product if the quality is below their expected level, then the payment will be held for some time. And itââ¬â¢s a responsibility of the production department to produce the goods with good quality according to customer needs. The goods Delaying in delivering If the company is unable to deliver the goods at the agreed time, then the customer would not able to depend on the company. In other words, failure to deliver the promises will lead to loss of customer and low dependability. Therefore, it is important for production department to provide raw materials and other necessary material to produce goods and itââ¬â¢s their responsibility to deliver the goods to customers on time. If the company fails to provide this, then the customers would prefer other competitors and faces low market share and generate low profit. Relationship with sales and credit department The relationship between sales staffs (or sales manager) and credit manager is very important. The credit manager responsibility is that to provide further guidance to achieve sales to the sales staffs. Why manager might submit a budget estimate that is biased. And ways to Company guard against it. According to the CIMA definition of budget, it is a plan quantified in monetary terms, prepared and approved prior to a defined period of time, usually showing planned income to be generated and/or expenditure to be incurred during that period and the capital to be employed to attain a given objective. There are types of budget, managers use when preparing the budget. One of the methods is incremental budget. The budget is prepared using the previous year budget as a basis with incremental amount is added to the new budget. Resources are allocated based on previous years resource allocations. The main advantage of this type of budget is that it is easy to understand and implement and also save time. This could be one of the reasons why budget estimates are based. The main reason is that incremental budget does not take environment changing factor into considerations. Due to changing is economy, budget need to be revised basically periodically and necessary amendments need to be done. Another problem is that, incremental budget does not have incentives to innovative ideas and to reduce cost. Another type of budget could be fixed budget. In fixed budgets, figures are fixed at the beginning of budgetary period. Any change in circumstance, these cannot be changed. For example, due to high inflation, raw material costs (others as well, such as machinery cost, about cost, rent, electricity) increase more that which is estimated in the budget. In fixed budget this cannot be changed. Therefore, actual expenditure exceeds than the estimated value in the budget. A good way to mitigate the budget that is based is that having shorter review periods. For example, if estimated budget is for one year. Then managers can review the budget after three month period or on quarter basis. The second way to guard the company from base budget is that to approach zero based budgeting. Budget starts from zero and items included in the budget should be justifiable to the budget holder. All expenses allocated for the whole project, should justify each activity separately and develop a questioning attitude. This helps to minimize the over spendinging and inefficient. Therefore company cannot spend more that what it is estimated and from the estimated expenditure, expected profits will be generated. Conclusion From above discussion, we can conclude that, increase in company gross profit would have a direct impact on net profit. Generating more sales will increase the gross profits and by minimizing the company expenses, the companies net profit would increase. And the profitability can be compared against the previous years by using ratios and trend analysis. Secondly, businesses normally prepare the budgets annually and quarterly. Regular evaluation of budgets prevents from overspending and adjust the budgets, according to changing the environment. And also in order to achieve high credit facility a budgeted, not only the credit manager should work on it. Other department staffs like sales and senior management should play an important role in doing so. Analysis of the Coca-Cola Company The Coca-Cola Company is the world's leading manufacturer, marketer and distributor of soft-drink concentrates and syrups. The Coca-Cola Company is the world's leading manufacturer, marketer and distributor of soft-drink concentrates and syrups. The Company markets many of the world's top soft drink brands, including Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite and Fanta. Through the world's largest and most pervasive distribution system, consumers in nearly 200 countries enjoy the Company's products at a rate of more than one billion serving a day. On May 8, 1886, pharmacist John Stith Pemberton stirred up fragrant caramel-coloured syrup in a three legged brass kettle. He carried a jug of his new formulation to the Jacobs's Pharmacy, Atlanta. On the following day, the new product debuted as a soda fountain drink for five cents a glass. By accident or by design, carbonated water was mixed with the syrup which has created the world's most popular drink. Pemberton's partner suggested the name "Coca-cola" and penned the now-famous trademark in his unique, flowing script. Averages of nine drinks were sold per day after the advertisement. Pemberton died in 1886 and Asa Candler began to purchase the outstanding shares of Coca-Cola. In 1893, Coca-Cola was registered in the United States and then further investment was put it to expand the business. To handle the enormous scope of its business, the Coca-Cola Company has divided into six operating units: Middle and Far East Groups, Europe, The Latin America Group, The North America, The Africa Group and The Minute Maid Company. The head Quarter is in the United States. Methods of Research I will use The method of research which I will use is the secondary research, i.e. I have asked The Coca-Cola Company to send me their history and annual reports. I will also call The Coca-Cola Company office to ask some details, I will also use ask them some relevant questions (questionnaire method), interview the people on the high street and will do some research over the Internet. From those sources I am going to finish my all other tasks. Task One E1 They type of businesses 1. Private and Public enterprise 2. Limited Liability 3. Franchising I will define each type of business with some advantages and disadvantages. For The Coca-Cola Company ... ...in keeping the wheels of the business. The maintenances of the company equipments etc. They also acts as a help support of the company, this means if there is any enquiry by the customers, the customers will ring the helpdesk support and complain about the products or any information that the customers need will be provided by the this department. About the complains, these complains will be transfer to the research and development department to make the product better or to fix the problem the consumer having. These departments are the most important department of The Coca-Cola Company because they helps the company to meets the objectives of The Coca-Cola Company i.e. surviving, customer satisfaction and make more profits. As I said that the help desk department satisfy the customer by providing the information they needs and taking the complains and passing to the research and development departments who improves the products. The marketing departments are responsible for marketing the products and advertising the products and promoting the products. If all these departments perform their duty firmly then the objectives of The Coca-Cola Company will meets.
